Because sometimes listening isn’t enough, sometimes you need someone who’s lived it to help you name it.

If you’ve found yourself nodding along to the podcast, recognizing the patterns, the silence, or the chaos—this space was built for that next step.

I’m not a therapist or a clinician. I’m a woman who’s done the work, who’s still doing it, and who believes in walking beside professionals, not pretending to replace them. My consultations are educational and reflective spaces designed to help you organize what’s happening, understand what’s repeating, and prepare for your own healing work—whether that’s therapy, boundary building, or major life transition.

You’ll leave our session with:

  • Clarity about what’s actually happening versus what’s being projected onto you.

  • Language to express your experience safely—with family, co-parents, attorneys, or therapists.

  • Structure to begin documenting, setting boundaries, and creating emotional distance from dysfunction.

  • Referrals and resources if you need professional or community-based support.

I’ll share the same tools and frameworks that helped me recover my voice, rebuild my systems, and reconnect with myself after years of manipulation and survival mode.

I’m not here to diagnose, I’m here to help you deconstruct the story you’re living and see what it’s really telling you.

The podcast helps you hear the truth.
The consultation helps you apply it.

Disclaimer:

These consultations are not therapy and do not substitute medical, psychological, or legal treatment. Sessions are educational and reflective, intended to support your personal accountability, clarity, and collaboration with licensed professionals.
